Frequent business travelers whose company books more than five nights a year to Phoenix may contact the innkeeper to arrange a special year round discounted standard rate, which will guarantee a room at the lower rate even in the high winter season subject to availability at the time of booking.
With high speed Internet access available in all our suites as well as a direct-dial private portable telephone, voice mail, modem jack and free local and 800 phone calls, it's easy to stay connected, while at the same time "de-stressing" yourself from the outside world.

Cancellation Policy After a 3 day grace period a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged if a confirmed reservation is canceled. If a confirmed reservation is canceled within fourteen (14) or fewer days notice, a one night fee will be charged to the credit card. Then a transferable credit certificate good for one year will be issued in the amount of the room rate minus the $25 cancellation fee.
