Maricopa Manor is ideally situated for business guests, within seven miles/15 minutes of Sky Harbor Airport and at the heart of Phoenix. Located just a few steps from the intersection of Central Avenue and Camelback Road, guests can walk to Uptown Plaza with its boutique shops, gourmet supermarket AJ's Fine Food, antique malls, and restaurants. Public and private transportation offer easy access to downtown, the Convention Center, sports facilities and the State Capitol. The light rail shuttle is convienently located only one block away. No charge private parking is available on the property.
Frequent business travelers whose company books more than five nights a year to Phoenix may contact the innkeeper to arrange a special year round discounted standard rate, which will guarantee a room at the lower rate even in the high winter season subject to availability at the time of booking.
With high speed Internet access (WI-Fi and Ethernet cable) available in all our suites as well as a direct-dial private portable telephone, voice mail, modem jack and free local and 800 phone calls, it's easy to stay connected, while at the same time "de-stressing" yourself from the outside world.

Family / girlfriend / buddy reunions or get togethers: Arrange time together with old friends or family for a fun 2+ day stay in at least 3 suites and get the least expensive suite free plus 25% off any additional suites booked. Sample package rates in luxury king suites (expressed as per day per suite based on 3 suites minimum): Apr. 19 - June 13: $126 (normally $189), June 14 - Sept. 15: $86 (normally $129), Sept. 16 - Oct. 31: $113 (normally $169), extra person $17 (normally $25). Cancellation Policy After a 3 day grace period a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged if a confirmed reservation is canceled. If a confirmed reservation is canceled within fourteen (14) or fewer days notice, a one night fee will be charged to the credit card. Then a transferable credit certificate good for one year will be issued in the amount of the room rate minus the $25 cancellation fee.
